Before hiring an employee, G3S conducts a thorough analysis of the candidate’s background, physical and psychological qualifications. To be hired by G3S, candidates must meet strict criteria for selection. Moreover, candidates must have a clean police report and medical certification to prove they are capable of performing the tasks in their job description.Candidates’academic records, military service records and previous employment are carefully reviewed. Often additional skills or experience are sought to meet the requirements of a specific mission or position. This thorough screening process ensures the quality of our employees and leads to a low rate of employee turnover at G3S.
